A commitment has been made to the engineering and inspection communities to train and certify craftspeople in the proper use of T-DRILL. Training takes place at the job site or shop each time a T-DRILL is sold. Training sessions are also held at both Union and non-union apprenticeship schools, Journeyman Continuing Education Programs and Apprenticeship Instructor Schools. Training and Certification Cards have been in issued since 1986. Training has been an integral part of T-DRILL's profile since 1981 when sixty-five T-DRILL's were donated to apprenticeship programs.
