Mechanically Formed Tee
This picture depicts the mechanically formed tee fitting. Note the one brazed joint rather than three soft soldered joints. The double external dimples are created as part of this Code complying system. The bottom dimple rests upon the top of the rim of the tee and the second dimple acts as a point of inspection.
