The TCC-45-EF3 is a heavy duty tube cutting station with integrated hydraulic endforming.

TCC-45-EF3 has been designed for Automatic chipless rotary cutting, grooving and endforming. All three operations simultaneously. This eliminates tube handling from cut-off machine to stand alone endformer.

• Tube diameters: 8 - 22 mm
• Cut lengths: 40 - 915 mm
• Pneumatic hitch-feed with max 915 mm stroke
• Air supply: 6 bar (80PSI)
• Rotary, chipless "pull-apart" cutting method
• Cut length tolerance: +/- 0.1 mm per feed stroke

Endform Specifications:

• 1-3 Endform hit available
• Ram force 8 tons
• Ram stroke 40 mm
• Equipped with standard "Manchester" tooling
